The best part though… that home now belongs to Kevin & Brandy, who just bought their very first house.
Watching first-time buyers get the keys never gets old. The excitement, the plans, the “this is really happening” moment — it’s always the best part of closing day.
Being able to represent both the sellers and the buyers on this one, made it even more meaningful getting to help both families through such a big moment.
One family closing a chapter… another one just getting started. That’s the part of this job I love the most. 🏡✨
