I've been through the home buying and building process, so had a good idea of what I wanted and what things would be deal breakers. I also had an idea of current remodeling costs. Cindy emailed me whenever homes fitting my criteria became available. Importantly, she didn't waste my time showing me unsuitable properties. When we did tour homes, she always listened to my concerns and never tried to "arm twist" me into making an offer. She was always very positive and thoroughly professional. Let me tell you - we hit the jackpot of realtors when I cold-called Cindy asking for her help. We were trying to sell our house while we were in the middle of traveling back and forth across the country. We just needed to get it listed and didn’t know where to start. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond for us. She found local contractors to complete enhancement services so she could get the listing up quickly. We had never sold a house before so she took time to explain things to us. Our house sold quickly and the process was so much smoother than expected, all because of her!
